I. Overview
The equipment use Siemens PLC as main controller, it is exclusive mechanism and
mechanical set which equipped with distribution station, handling station, testing station,
sorting station. Every station has its action feature and requirement, it can be
programmed in group , and every station can be programmed. One of the task is to pick
up a work piece which size isΦ20×20, and turn over, then send to testing station, then
sorting station will sort the components according to different material . Finally finish the
whole know-how.
